Now cricket service itself is absolutely AMAZING especially for the price. But the guy behind the desk was extremely pushy and even talked trash about us on the phone in half English and some other language to whomever he had taken a person call while doing a service for us that was pushed on us since he would not be patient and listen as always and even was going through personal areas in my phone where there were intimate things such as photos and ect in which he made smirks about as well as we have been going to him for about a year now and he always has my blood boiling by the time I leave. We will not be returning to this store but will continue our plans with cricket because they are hands down the best service. I believe his name was Joe. He also takes absolutely no care to ever put anything right into the computer and I am constantly having to update personal information he gets wrong in the app so I'm just fed up. If you want someone to be pushy and make you confused and make fun of you while your in the room then go to this store. If not I would suggest using the app and the customer care center.
