    The two ladies working were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable! They helped set up, activate my new phone and answered all my questions. The level of customer service received was excellent. They both deserve a raise and something extra for working the holiday season. I prefer going to this location over the Verizon corporate location in Elyria.
