    Needed to get the Wife and I phones and had no idea where to start. Alaina knew and did everything she could to make sure we got what we needed. If I need anything from Verizon I'm going here.

    Unprofessional and unhelpful experience. The manager was lazy and dismissive, he made me wait while helping other customers who arrived after me. Instead of solving a simple issue, he sent me to a corporate store unnecessarily. When I got there, the corporate manager confirmed the issue could’ve easily been handled at the original location and swapping the sim card there is easily done. Complete waste of my time. Avoid this private owned location at all costs.
