  I’ve had Verizon since I was 8 years old. That’s almost 21 years. I had to get my own line and left my mom’s plan 2 1/2 years ago and the sales associate Hunter ripped me off and over charged me which left bad blood. The. I started having more issues 2 years later and when I call Hunter happens to answer the phone, is rude and doesn’t help. So my girlfriend goes in and he starts treating to her rude, and tells her “maybe your boyfriend should be nicer” lie the guy is so out of control I’m changing service providers cause they still won’t fix my service and I even paid for extra service and it got worse. You should be ashamed employing someone who treats customers (especially 100 pound women) so vile. Hope everyone starts leaving this service provider. I’m so sad it’s been 21 years of my life wasted with people who care so little about over charging you and trying to scam you.

  Had some technical issues over the phone with their support team finally decided to go to the store physically and a young lady by the name of Aliena I do apologize if I got the spelling wrong, but she ended up helping me with my problem and even with the technical sport that she was talking to at first gave her such a hard time she ended up overcoming all that nonsense and got to the right person, and they both ended up taking care of the problem, but it was her Will and heart to keep on pushing through when she was getting a hard time in the beginning so I just wanted to say thank you very much and definitely appreciate that. Now that’s true customer service which a lot of places are missing now these days. Thank you

  North Olmsted Verizon is in my opinion the only store you should visit. We had an awful experience at the Strongsville store with over charges and a number of other things. We went back to Strongville to get it fixed but the customer service was less than ideal. We went into the North Olmsted Store today and both Hunter and Luna were extremely helpful. They were able to fix everything that had gone wrong at the Strongsville store and both had great attitudes the entire time. We will always visit this store from here on out. Thank you Hunter and Luna, your professionalism and problem solving skills are top notch and will not go unnoticed.
