We had an awful experience at the Strongsville store with over charges and a number of other things. We went back to Strongville to get it fixed but the customer service was less than ideal. We went into the North Olmsted Store today and both Hunter and Luna were extremely helpful. They were able to fix everything that had gone wrong at the Strongsville store and both had great attitudes the entire time. We will always visit this store from here on out. Thank you Hunter and Luna, your professionalism and problem solving skills are top notch and will not go unnoticed.

- JBJoe bNov 24, 20251.0ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! 29 YEARS with this company and been on phone support over 12 HOURS in last week and 4 hours in store support just to get NOWHERE. Just needed phone defective phone replaced. They said me bad refurbished phone, tried to activate for 3 hours over phone, and 2 more hours in store with no luck. They dont know if it's a Verizon claim or an Asurion claim. They would not accept phone return to them when already holding it in store. They put $1000 non return fee on my account for not returning the bad phone they sent me. Phone returned with THEIR OWN box and label with proof over delivery over 11 days ago today. They said $1000 credit would be applied to my account within 24-48 hours, and still no credit. They had phone over 11 days now. They also say they can not send a replacement for that till credit is applied for THE BAD PHONE THEY SENT ME. So I still have a bad phone for weeks now. Got new case # today MR2074205807E01- As we start all over again. UPDATE-ANOTHER 48 HOURS PAST- STILL NO CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT.
