  Since this will be the last time I set foot in a Best Buy I figured I should at least let others know why. I came in and asked about a price match on some laptop memory. Microcenter had it listed for 313 dollars, Best Buy on sale for 401. I showed it to the sales person, then the Manager, Rich. Rich double checked the listings, confirmed the were the same part numbers and said "I guess we have to price match." He told me to go wait over my the case where the memory was and he walked to the back. He came back a few minutes later, unlocked the case and as we walked back to the registers he said "You can wait in line and I will help you." I had waited in line, it's how I got to him to do the price match but he seemed annoyed and decided I should wait longer. I did. When he was done helping everyone else he got to me and said "what was the price again? I forget." I showed him the online listing at Microcenter and he goes "oh. The system won't let me lower it that much. The best I can do is 350 (the match price was 313.) I ask him how he coud not price match and he just said "computer says no." and offered to sell it to me at the higher price. I declined, and left. I will never be back.

  This location was significantly unhelpful. I waited 45 minutes For someone to acknowledge my presence. I was ready to purchase a $1,000 desktop computer but had a couple of questions that were unable to be answered. I inquired about adding on a printer, they advised yes a Dell printer I go to the printer section there is not one Dell printer I walk back over and wait an additional 30 minutes without help, I put everything back and left the store for very poor customer service & lack of knowledge provided. I’m extremely disappointed.

  I wouldn't even give a one star but I had to pick. When we went into the store and found what we wanted I had to hunt down someone for assistance she said I will get someone. We waited another 20 minutes I went and talked to someone else asking for help. Finally the first girl I first spoke with was sent over and she was clueless! Then on delivery the guys said we didn't purchase a cord for our dryer. Then proceeded to say they had one on the truck but it would cost us $30 in cash only. Seemed completely off! Then he said our outlet was wrong and we would need to change it for the dryer cord to be able to plug in. This whole experience has been horrible and the delivery guys are scam artist!! Run from this place!!!
