Not only is she always upbeat, but she will spend extra time to make sure everything on my phone is working properly and that I understand what she has done to fix it. Just recently I got a new phone and there were a multitude of things that didn’t download for various reasons that were complicated. She spent a lot of extra time fixing everything and helping me so that I could create new passwords. Truly, she is one of a kind and the type of employee that every business owner would be thrilled to have working for them. Thank you, Michelle, for all you do to make my life using technology easier!! 😊

It was awkward. They acted like I was intruding on whatever they were doing and dismissed me because I didn't want to provide all my info yet without asking my questions. They told me they had to open my acct to help me. The internet was for my mom, on her acct, and when I explained that, they told me they can't help me, to send her in instead to get her internet. Im authorized on her acct but after that series of responses, I left, went to the Verizon on Tusc, and purchased an internet for my mother no problem as they answered my questions with a smile, accessed the acct, and easy peasy lemon squeezy and out the door I went, happy. This store on Wales needs some help with customer service.
