As a user on one of our four lines, I recently decided it was time to upgrade my 8-year-old Galaxy S8. I stopped into the store late on a Saturday afternoon during peak holiday season and didn’t mind the wait at all. Andy went above and beyond—he carefully explained all my options, broke down the numbers, and made sure I understood both the out-of-pocket and financing costs so I could make the right decision. He even stayed past store hours to order the Samsung Galaxy S25 I chose. I also want to highlight how well Andy runs the store. Every time I visited, each customer was greeted as they walked in—even when Andy was working alone, which was most of the time. His customer service and dedication really stand out. I highly recommend the Wireless Zone at Portage and Wales in Jackson Township.
