  I have had two interactions with Geek Squad North Canton in the last few months. Both times I was somehow skipped in line, even having an appointment, causing wait times over an hour. The technicians themselves are super nice and knowledgeable, and I know that they do what they can to make up for it. I suggest making an appointment for first thing in the morning if you can. Suggestion for corporate, perhaps limiting appointment slots to only so many an hour for a start? Instead of one every 15/20 minutes, how about one every 30/35 minutes. I would be very interested to know what the average help time is - no way are they under 15 minutes! People/appointments back up really fast. Even just running diagnostic and the paperwork/consents take longer than that. I get that the more appointments you have, the more money you make, but at some point customer satisfaction has to come first, right?! Get it together, Geek Squad!

  I would like to say one thing… I don’t recommend the GEEK SQUAD the issue that I had with them Was I just bought a new iPhone 16 pro max with Verizon like 3 months ago… I was having issue with my battery an they told me that the only think they will change was the battery it took like a week to receive my new phone that’s were the problems stated first the phone I gave to them was in a good condition with no scratches on the screen…. They call me Saturday morning say that my phone is ready to pick up but when I open the box were my phone was in the screen was all scratched and the camera on the back wasn’t the same even the IMEI they wanted to give me a used phone an I told them I wasn’t going to take the phone…. Then I was hearing that the GEEK EMPLOYER was telling two customers that the issue with their phone was the same as my “THE BATTERY “…. Don’t go to that place they will destroy your phone….

  I tried to get in contact with someone for over 25 minutes to get through to the geek squad at the North Canton store. After finally getting through to a human, she said (which I've called 3x recently and I cannot understand anyone), she was going to put me in contact with someone (bc she kept having to ask a manager questions) and ended up hanging up on me. Each time I call, I get 3 different answers. I am so furious! Time to cancel Best Buy Total Membership. It hasn't provided any services to date after 5 years.
