  I would like to say one thing… I don’t recommend the GEEK SQUAD the issue that I had with them Was I just bought a new iPhone 16 pro max with Verizon like 3 months ago… I was having issue with my battery an they told me that the only think they will change was the battery it took like a week to receive my new phone that’s were the problems stated first the phone I gave to them was in a good condition with no scratches on the screen…. They call me Saturday morning say that my phone is ready to pick up but when I open the box were my phone was in the screen was all scratched and the camera on the back wasn’t the same even the IMEI they wanted to give me a used phone an I told them I wasn’t going to take the phone…. Then I was hearing that the GEEK EMPLOYER was telling two customers that the issue with their phone was the same as my “THE BATTERY “…. Don’t go to that place they will destroy your phone….

  I tried to get in contact with someone for over 25 minutes to get through to the geek squad at the North Canton store. After finally getting through to a human, she said (which I've called 3x recently and I cannot understand anyone), she was going to put me in contact with someone (bc she kept having to ask a manager questions) and ended up hanging up on me. Each time I call, I get 3 different answers. I am so furious! Time to cancel Best Buy Total Membership. It hasn't provided any services to date after 5 years.

  Geek Squad at North Canton best, buy at the strip. Was great.Sarah was fantastic, helped me with my computer and my printer

  I called to replace a cracked screen on my Samsung Note 20. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I finally reached a representative who told me that the Geek Squad in North Canton could replace my screen & scheduled an appointment for today (Sunday) at 6:40pm. I get there & I'm told that they don't repair Samsung screens yet & intimated that I didn't tell the phone to what type of phone I had (I did twice). He tried to schedule me at another store 20 min away, but the next available date want until Thursday. I told him that wasn't acceptable since it was their error, no one called to cancel my appt, and all other places in Canton were closed by that time. He said he would call the store but came back after 10 minutes stating they weren't answering the phone & gave me a nonchalant apology. No offers of a rush appt, discount or anything to make up for their mistake. Now I have to drive 45 min away to get the screen repaired tomorrow. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  Would not recommend. Gave them my laptop and they said 4-5 days to fix and they didn’t even touch it AT ALL! Went and picked it up immediately once I noticed they hadn’t began to work on my laptop. So disappointed!
