Why is this store a pain in the rear every time I walk in. Last time I was in I wanted information about a GoPro camera. Talking with an associate was pointless, they knew nothing. This time I was in wanting to look at 3d printers. Due to the fact they show them in stock on the website. Guess what! Talked with an associate and was told they have them in stock if I know what I want. They don’t have a display. That’s why I went in is to SHOP, at like a store that has info about the product I want to purchase. I really wish Circuit City was still in business!

In December I purchased a Playstation pro and a LG TV. I bought the top of the line warranty, which the sales associate assured me covered everything and even wrote on the receipt that physical damage was covered. The tv started to bleed from the top in early january and I wanted to return it but my gf didnt think it was that bad. I called at one point to check on the warranty becauqe it was the screen and it was confirmed over the phone it was comprehensive and covered everything. On feb 20th I went to return the tv the bleeding had gotten worse. , it was windy and I was carrying the tv when a gust of wind caught the cord and tripped me causing me to fall on the tv, breaking it completely and injuring my elbow. After getting to the point of the return the store manager refused the return saying it didnt cover physical damage. She actually laughed in my face when I showed her the reciept and explained the tv already wasnt working. She then had me wait on the "assistant manager". When he came he was unwilling to do anything to honor the warranty and said he didnt know which employee sold me the warranty, I pointed out that was untrue as it was on the receipt. The only thing he would do was refund the warranty, which my gf paid for so I wanted her to at least get her money back. Little did i know that was scam number two. When we got home with what was now our completely busted tv, I really felt crappy about the whole thing so I called and both my gf and I spoke to a rep who said we had to go back to the store we purchased the tv from. So we went back with the reciept. There my gf spoke to the manager. After telling him the story, he informed us that the assistant manager we spoke at the cuhayoga falls store was actually the owner of both the stores and his boss and they would do nothing more for us because despite the fact that their employee lied to us to make a sale, they were not going to make it right. At this point she left because she was shocked that she was hussled and it was obviously going no where. We just want Best Buy to honor the warranty as it was sold to us. The employee didnt just lie, he put the lies in writing on the reciept, that makes it a contract.

I went in the get a price match (that they guarantee) on a TV that I purchased 2 days ago, and the younger manager (or associate) refused to price match Sam's Club since I was not a Best Buy "member" but was a member at Sam's Club. He confirmed the same exact part number and then made up stuff. Told me to bring the TV back instead if I wanted to. After some research online and chatting with Customer Service online, that is completely not true. It was 5 minutes before close on Sunday (2/15/26 for reference) and the guy wasn't having it. I said, "ok, thank you" and walked away. Was not going to make a scene or argue with him. Completely unacceptable and I will also be writing to corporate for the Canton Strip Store not following company policy and making up rules on the spot. I will only be back to return the TV and never going to Best Buy again. Mind boggling interaction.

I don't see the point in this store I figured hey there a computer store so maybe they'll have you know special things that other stores don't have that's what separates them but of course not they have everything that everyone else has so why do they even exist? Hey come on y'all don't stop static proof bags really is that that big of a problem you don't think you'd sell any of them you can't keep like 10 on stock they put them right next to some of the other junk you sell that doesn't even have anything to do with electronics man I don't see how the store is still in business today in 1999 or 2003.... too many stores all sell the exact same thing? Why we need this I don't get it skip it back to the mom and pop and let them get those special things and sell them big corporate stores with all the exact same stuff is so stupid I mean we might as well just move fully into idiocracy and just have that one store cuz that's about how these places make you feel shop local everyone shop local 55 would have found a local computer store or an electronics store they would have had static bags in order to store and ship hard drives computer boards that type of thing you know by the way Office Max don't have static bags either although I really expected Best Buy to have them kind of expected Office Max to have them too since they are in shipping and there's really not a lot of stuff on those shelves I know OfficeMax you got room to stock some bags if you read this get on it
