Just had to exchange a tv during the Black Friday rush . The manager Anthony was behind the counter helping multiple customers and getting people in and out of lines quick. Everyone was busy so Anthony went to the back and got the tv for me and exchanged it to speed the process for not only me but all the other customers too. Very great customer service by this guy . Needs a raise .

They have the most things but they don't have the most up-to-date technology in the store for sale. That's one thing I'm disappointed about them, they're behind on the Shokz headset, and they don't seem to sell DJI drones anymore, they didn't have much options there.

Absolutely awful attitude and arrogance. My phone was hacked. Apple shut down my account. Called Apple, couldn't understand the guy. Made an appointment at Best Buy in Canton bc they were certified Apple techs. Sarah made me wait for 45 minutes only to tell me Apple would not work with her and I had to go to Summit Mall. I go to Summit Mall and that tech tells me within 5 minutes that my account is in recovery and I'll have access in 2 days. When I tell him about Sarah, he said she played me. I try to call Best Buy...they don't accept calls. I walk in and this tall arrogant dude claims he's the manager of the store. Really, I'm old but not stupid. They have a manager standing at the door? I tell him my story and he could care less. Says to me have a great holiday. Which means too bad lady! I have to give a star or they won't post it. I'd give none if I could.

Honestly can't go wrong coming to this place. All the electronics you'd need plus they have special Lego sets here too. I'm a total member with these guys and it's well worth it too. All our phones were bought here and have 2 yr protection too definitely recommend

I have been dealing with an issue with my lg c3 tv. The hdmi port went bad around 6 months. When I got it and I called support and they kept telling me it's the hdmi cord. So I replaced with 8 different cords and still did not fix the issue so I gave up on it. Then I started to see my warranty was about to expire so I got back on the train to get it fixed again. So here's where the nightmare begins. I paid 50. To get a tech out here the first date. They canceled day of. Then I had to wait more time the tech calls me ask what's going on I told him the ports are bad he to me he had to order a Main board for the tv so I had to wait more time anther hole 2weeks. For him to come out and put that in. Then he got it put in and the tv in speak Another language. So I got to my store number 3. Finally a manager refund my tv. Told me that they would put the new tv on the tv stand and all. so I was like cool going in the right direction nope I was Fold. Today was my appt two guys showed up and told me they were taking broken tv and leaving me to hang new tv up. I was like no your not cause I have medical issues. So I told them take your crap and get out of here. Cause I have no one to help me. So I went to best buy asked what happen you guys told setup and all I'm tired of your guys Shenanigans. Manger to me I would be stuck with my broken tv if wasn't for them. Told him bull crap that's what the protection is for now your just Violating your Policies and holding my money that I spend here. So we will see what happens next.
