    Ordered a small 2.7 cubic ft refrigerator (in stock) for next day delivery. Waited all day and no communication from store or their delivery company - "Roadie'. Called delivery company after waiting until 6pm and they were unable to make contact via phone or text to their driver, they cancelled the delivery after I contacted them. First & last purchase from Best Buy

    I went to Best Buy and previously had gone to Verizon in Alliance and the worker there said they could not help me there so Tyler at Best Buy was able to help me in 20 minutes. I’m very grateful for Tyler and his help.

    Had an idea of what I was going to buy. Went in, talked to an associate, he talked to me about my choices. Found the printer that I liked. Bought spare ink set, paid for all and left. The whole process took maybe 15 to 20 minutes. He was very helpful. The store was very busy that day. Prices were just what I expected from my online reaearch.

    Buyer beware. You will pay for lies and a scripted apology. Bought a dishwasher and paid for removal of old dishwasher. Guess who still has the old dishwasher and the new dishwasher. When I spoke with corporate they blamed another department and told me I should have been told the protocol. No, the salesperson should have told me. So, I will be returning the dishwasher and never buying anything from Best Buy again!!!
