  Charles was exceptionally helpful and was able to fix my laptop quite quickly. He was knowledgeable, polite and personable. We were shocked when he said there was no charge for the service. He was helpful and got us on our way quickly. We will always use Best Buy in the future for our electronics needs.

  Geek squad is a joke. I made an appointment in the store to have my phone battery replaced the following day. When I arrived, I was told the battery was out of stock. I would have to leave my phone with them before they would order the battery. What was the point in making an appointment? Waste of time.

  The Geek Squad / Best Buy is the largest waste of time and money. The "customer service" people send you to Geek Squad since apparently they can't do anything for anyone. What they dont tell you is they set appointments. Not that it matters bc they just allow any random person walk up and handle their issues. Understaffed, not knowledgeable and expensive. Huge waste of time unless of course you like wasting time and money.

  Overpriced!! I have met so many people who have had work done that didn't fix their problem(s). They wanted 60 to look at my hard drive and 1500 to get the data off. No that wasn't a typo, yes they wanted fifteen hundred. They can go rub their knuckles in dog poo. Thieves. I may be dumb but I'm not stupid. Good grief. I'm surprised they are still in business. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
