Although my salesman was good. The store service is awful we purchased a television NOT open box get it home to use and it’s missing the remote and plug. Call store number which connects me directly to foreign speaking customer service which you can’t understand and they tell me I have to package it back up and take it to the store. I ask to connect me to the store they can’t do that they gave me an extension to call and use. Called at 7:40 pm they make you leave a message nobody answers the phone or returns the call and they close at 8:00. If a store wants to be a brick and mortar store then they should give you the service you deserve. What an incredible inconvenience and they don’t even answer the phone make you bring the whole thing back. Worst experience ever!!!!

The warranty for tvs is useless. Bought a 5 year protection plan for over $100 and I have to schedule an in-house review of the tv. Perfect! At least someone is going to look at it. But, you can never return the tv, only have it replaced or repaired. So the tv that is clearly malfunctions and I would just like to get a new one is pointless because they would never take it back. No point in buying the protection because it also doesn’t cover any physical damage. Ridiculous.

I’ve been trying to call the local store for almost an hour and keep getting routed to customer service who keeps telling me to go to the local store. We’re in the middle of a snow storm, store closes in 21 minutes, is my product even available? Their call system is an absolute joke and the customer service is even worse. Why have a local number if no one answers it?

Just was told at the Niles, Ohio store that I am to tell them if I need assistance when I walk in by the store manager.
Well, if I was greeted when I walked in, I may have.
However, considering I was looking in numerous departments, not sure if assistance was going to be needed at first. After looking for my one item, I moved to the next department where I browsed and could not find what I needed. I told 2 associates I needed assistance.
After waiting 30 minutes and not receiving any, I left.
The manager, as I was leaving, then told me this 'unspoken and unposted policy' as if it was MY fault I did not get help because I did not tell him I needed assistance when I first went into the store.
Thank you for a super failed attempt at customer service.
