  The lovely sales lady I encountered today to whom treated me like a child or inner city punk and had zero manners was uncalled for & lost the sale of a good chunk of money, not too mention not a single hey do you need any help from any associate... keep up the good work!!

  Went in to purchase the all in one washer dryer with a pedestal for delivery. When they arrived they informed me the base was too small and that I needed to call and get it swapped out. Okay mistakes happen. When I called they told me the correct one was more expensive and my only remedy was to pay for it over the phone or go back to the store. They were not able to just add it to my newly acquired Best Buy card. So, here I sit with a base I can not use by no fault of my own and have to block out another entire Saturday for a delivery all because the incompetence of the sales guy. How can there be no accountability for him selling me a base that doesn’t fit my washer?

  Sad what best buy has become. No physical media anymore.. no blue ray players.. only a few nintendo switch games left... my mother wanted to buy an ipad air 13inch that they had on display but they didn't have them in stock AND could not even order us one. No reason to go to stores to buy electronics anymore. BUY ONLINE...
