DO NOT GO HERE! My wife and I had a terrible experience with the salesperson at this store. The big guy was a smart ass and rude to my wife. Also they have an additional $40 charge here that they will tell you is an “activation fee” from Verizon when you upgrade or purchase a device. This fee is actually a “set up & go” fee that goes directly to the store and you will still get charged a real activation fee from Verizon on your next bill. They basically tricked my wife and I into believing that was the only “activation fee” and then tried to say “well you signed the contract” afterwards and we had to fight to get some of our money back. There’s an electronic camera lock on the front door for a reason. DO NOT GO HERE!

I completed an upgrade at this location on 11/28/2025. Over all the employees were professional and courteous while we completed the upgrade. However after we left, we found they were not transparent about additional costs associated with the upgrade. We upgraded our phones and also got two Apple watches. When we inquired about the cost, we were told we would pay taxes on the phones and watches and an “activation fee” of 40 per device (160 total). We signed an agreement for the payment discussed, which was presented on a phone (not the easiest to read or review). I quickly scanned the numbers which checked out. Upon further review, the activation fee is ACTUALLY charged to my monthly bill. This store charged us a “setup and go fee” of 40 dollars per device, which was never discussed or reviewed at the time of purchase. They even stated it was an “activation fee”. So what I thought was an activation fee was really a fee for them to setup our devices. When I returned to request an itemized bill for my purchase, I expressed that they used the words “activation fee” and never once stated that I was paying them 160 dollars to hand me a few devices. They misrepresented facts and verbally omitted critical information relevant to the agreement. I was told I signed the agreement and it was my fault that I didn’t read it thoroughly. I requested to speak to a manager who was not present. I was directed to a plaque on the wall with a name and number. I called Mellissa Masten who is apparently the manager. Her voicemail box is not setup to receive voicemails and she doesn’t answer her phone as I have called at least 3 times. Additional issues with this store/experience: When I stated that I should at least be refunded for the watches as they never setup these devices. I was told if they handed me a device then the “set up and go” fee was still applicable. Who in their right mind would pay someone 40 dollars for a free device to be handed to them? Everyone is better off going straight through the Verizon app to avoid additional bullshit charges. In addition to the upgrades, we had a few changes with iPad lines and an Orbic I use for work. They “couldn’t” disconnect the lines for me there. I had to call and complete this myself. Seemed silly that I was at a Verizon store and they could “add” items to my account but not disconnect lines for me. Overall this was an awful experience and I won’t be using them again. We will be leaving Verizon after our contract ends. We’ve been customer for over 2 decades. They’ve become more of a headache to work with over the last few years. Our last upgrade, over 3 year ago, was just as disappointing as this one. I should have learned my lesson.

So I bought my son an Apple Watch he got it programmed and everything. Well when he went in there, he was trying to see if they could help him put the SOS Emergency address link. He asked one of the store associates named Isaiah, if he could help him and he said oh no, I can’t help you do that. So I’m wondering if you can’t help do that why are you working there. Then we encounter the lovely Melissa who is the manager of the store. She is as rude and unprofessional as the day is long, straight up Trash. She couldn’t figure out how to get the address from our account linked to the Apple Watch so she pick some random address and put that in as his emergency contact address. I told her not to do that but she did it anyway. She said it doesn’t matter. Then she was giving my son grief about switching over to Verizon Internet service and we told her four times that we were not interested. It got to the point where she was borderline line harassing us. This was not a Verizon corporate store. It is a third-party store, Victra Verizon. Unfortunately, we have decided to leave Verizon. I’ve been with them for 14 years, but I will not stick with a Company and use my hard earned money for that kind of behavior. Steer clear of that store.
