    I had a great experience at this Verizon location in Newark. Rylee was amazing helping us get my father-in-law’s phone and iPad transferred from T-Mobile over to Verizon. He was kind, knowledgeable and patient through the whole process.. Highly recommend visiting Rylee at this location.

    The store associate Rylee was great. He helped me trade in my old phone for a new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. I almost bought the wrong phone until he told me the one I picked out didn't have the pen I use all the time and suggested the s 25 Ultra. Transaction went smoothly and he helped me set it up and showed me somethings I didn't even know it could do.
