She fought for me through every obstacle and we were able to get my problems resolved! I would recommend anybody that comes in this location to work with her and please reassure her how great she is doing because she’s so humble she feels like she’s not doing enough! Thank you so much to Maddie!

They also stated they can’t help transfer my line as I need to call Verizon to do this, I thought I was at Verizon? I will be going to a different store in the future to find greater expertise.
- MMMeghan MassieOct 8, 20251.0I just needed a simple e SIM card. Walked in and never once given eye contact or a greeting, immediately states she can’t help me. Tried every route to get out of being helpful. Just wanted me to buy a new phone. Why would I buy a new phone from the most unhelpful person. No thanks. Edit: went to a different store and they DO put e SIM cards in iphone 13. She told me that “she was told to not put it in that old of a phone”. Well the other Verizon store knew exactly what I needed right when I walked in, fixed it and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. So just poor customer service and lazy.
