    UPDATE: The manager gaslit my girlfriend and left her visibly upset while arguing with her. The manager was wrong in claiming she would need to pay for a high-priced phone plan to receive the free phone. When we have done multiples times and multiples research. She eventually realized my girlfriend was right but showed no accountability and behaved as if she were never wrong. I ordered a phone for in-store pickup but later received an email stating it was being shipped. When I called the store to clarify, I was told I had to pick it up immediately or the order would be canceled. When I arrived, it appeared the staff had marked the order as “picked up” before I actually received it, which caused multiple system errors. Instead of resolving the issue themselves, I was told to call customer service, cancel the order, and place a new one—essentially fixing a mistake I didn’t make. They also insisted I come back tomorrow because they were closing in an hour. On top of this, I clearly requested the $30 plan, yet I was charged for the $45 plan without explanation. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional throughout the interaction. As an authorized account manager, I was also told the account owner—who lives in another state—had to approve the order. Overall, this was a frustrating and time-wasting experience. I’ll have made 3 trips to Verizon just for a simple phone pickup (the third being me having them correct the plan they signed me up for). Ridiculous. I would not recommend this store if you value your time or expect competent customer service.

    Maddie was amazing! My fiance and me arrived at 12:30 weren’t able to leave until 3:30 all because verizon support was adding different people and departments to a phone call just to cancel a pending order. Verizon support sucks so bad. But Maddie was great just trying to please us and get us what we came for. New phone and new line, If you were one of the people that came in while Maddie was helping us and please be considerate if your thinking of leaving a bad review it wasn’t her it was the dysfunctional support doing exactly what they were intended to do. Again Maddie was great!

    Whatever you do stay away from this store. DONT SHOP HERE!!! I went in twice. The first time the manager was so rude and decided I was gonna buy a phone and said it couldn’t be reversed when in reality I was just looking. She acted like she couldn’t give me the time of day and felt like she was annoyed just with someone bringing the store. My goal was to lower my monthly spending and now I’m stuck in the same boat. Of coarse we want things but that’s wasn’t the goal here. The goal was to downsize my footprint so I could focus on other things. But, by the end of the transaction I had a phone I was intending on getting but only at a future date and internet that is subpar in comparison to my previous provider. If I were treated in a cohesive friendly welcoming supportive environment which is what you look for while shopping, I wouldn’t have been so annoyed with this whole transaction and that’s exactly what it felt like.DONT SHOP HERE!!! Our time is more important than just a transaction. It’s the experience we get when making the transaction that makes a real long lasting impression. With that being said, and even after being on the phone for hours in that store with the manager tending to her personal needs rather than to mine and stating she has no ability to help me with anything. The only thing she can do is sell me products ?? “Just call customer service there’s nothing I can do” It’s 4:30 I stat dialing Verizon on the phone taking care of business on speaker after she refused to help stating she cannot make calls only I can, she retorts stating “hey I had to get out of here at five o’clock so can you hurry this process up. I can’t be here all night. There are other locations where you can use WiFi because our store doesn’t have WiFi!” Excuse me?! You’re a service provider an you don’t offer the service you’re selling in your store?! That’s bizarre! DONT SHOP HERE!!! Mind you, this location was closing at six not five so she just wanted me out of there at all costs. She was more focused on trying to set up a nail appointment and take care of issues at home rather then addressing my need as a customer. DONT SHOP HERE!!!I will most definitely never be returning to this location. It’s actually a joke and makes Verizon as a whole look terrible. Like I said in the beginning, stay away from this store at all costs if you know what’s best for you. They don’t care about reversing sales that you were not intending to purchase that day either so if they try that, just walk out the door, they don’t have your card info anyway. Had I known that, I would’ve done that to begin with and I wouldn’t be in this situation. Anyways, DONT SHOP HERE!!!!

    Maddie was a dream to work with! I came inside with 1000 problems and she assured me she could help me with them all and to remain calm. She fought for me through every obstacle and we were able to get my problems resolved! I would recommend anybody that comes in this location to work with her and please reassure her how great she is doing because she’s so humble she feels like she’s not doing enough! Thank you so much to Maddie!
