The man that helped me I felt bad for because I had to go through a process taking pictures of my id for the credit people and I swear he sat there with me well over a hour to get these pictures to go through. The guy that worked with us was a real nice guy.

It's very laid back, no pressure, plenty of options. Also, everyone here is just calm, efficient, educated on the products, and happy to be at work. It's refreshing! They aren't the closest Verizon retailer to my home, but I'll gladly drive the extra mileage for the great service!
