  So this is my first time ever being a Verizon customer & Just want everyone to know that if your looking to get wireless service then Verizon in Milford is the place to go and Alex is who you need to see…if he is not there find out when he will be and go back then cause his services is MOST CERTAINLY HANDS DOWN WORTH THE WAIT!!!..he is honestly the absolute number 1 cellular representative I have ever with any cell company had the pleasure of doing business with!!!..he has a great personality..explains everything in detail..very prompt in getting the job done even while chatting with ya..he knows his stuff that’s for sure not one question that I ask did he not know the answer..he was not fake about his job at all..he didn’t just tell me something and sound ignorant or blow smoke..he definitely takes passion in his job..but what I most like about Alex is how he went above and beyond to keep me in my budget and how he made me feel that his interest was not making a sale and making himself money..it was about Me the costumer and saving me money while getting what I wanted..he made things happen..I am not sure what kinda money he makes but I certainly can say it needs to be more!!! So, Alex thank you so much for taking such pride in what you do and thank you for everything you did for me..as well thanks for your professionalism and at the same time having a hilarious/joking side..you made what I thought would be just another dreadful experience at a cellular company entertaining and prompt at the same time.. #bestexperience ~April~ P.s. first review I have EVER made on Google!! (Even if you already have coverage elsewhere GO SEE ALEX & SWITCH to VERIZON!!!)

  I normally never write reviews, but I had to take the time to talk about Alex. This was by far the BEST experience I’ve had at a Verizon store in the last seven years. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to all of my questions. He helped us get on a better plan for our family, and I’m so grateful for his help. What really stood out was his kindness and professionalism and he was personable. I visited with my father, uncle, and brother (all Veterans )and Alex went out of his way to thank them for their service. That appreciation meant so much to us. Moving forward, I’ll always ask for Alex and make this my go-to Verizon location. He’s the kind of person every store should have! Verizon GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Alax has help me with a problem concerning my watch not connecting and receiving calls. He got it up and going with no problems. Alex is very understanding and patient with me. I have not be happy about how things were working. I will definitely go back to Alax for my tech help. Give this guy a raise because he definitely knows his stuff. Thanks again Alex you rock!!!

  Everyone knows that it can be tough “shopping” around for the best phone service, they all promise you the best customer service at the best rates. Well, this location did it right! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the customer service was top notch. Not one moment of an anxiety! Alex the manager was upbeat and very knowledgeable… All my questions were answered and everyone was attentive and helpful!
