I spent two hours in the store, was reassured several times all my promotions would be reflected in my bill, and a day later I receive a $500 bill and half the promotions aren’t on there! I never had a single issue with T-Mobile. What a terrible company.

The employees were disrespectful, unprofessional, and downright rude. I expect basic courtesy when I’m spending money — not attitude and eye-rolls. I won’t be returning and will take my business elsewhere where customers are actually valued.

She absolutely has no clue what she is doing. But bottom line no one can be held accountable so all they do is lie to you, and lie to you. Corporate only has one star and you can't get ahold of them. She then proceeded to tell me to go to the corporate store in Beechmont as they can give credits right away and she is just a subcontractor so they can't get credits but they will lie and tell you they can my bill was supposed to be $350 all said and done and it's $719. After realizing she messed up with Netflix and internet services we were triple charged and double charged that finally got taken off but our bill is still way higher than was promised please do not go to the store in Milford as they are all liars and all they care about is lining their pockets
