The store itself is always clean and welcoming. An employee by the name of Luke, is always my go to person at this location. He's always up to date on the newest phones, as well as being the most helpful in any technical troubleshooting I've needed help with. He takes his time to hear your problem in detail, as well as clearly explaining the issue at hand and how it can be resolved. My first time at the store with him there, he listened to me intently to give me offers for service and a phone that matched what I was looking and hoping for. Most importantly, he was honest and didn't push any products on me, just to make a sale.
