My first visit was with Rachel, and I wasn’t the only customer in the store calling out her exceptional service. She made everything simple, clear, and completely stress free, and handled my phone transfer perfectly. When I came back the next day to trade in my phone, I met Vino and Theresa, and they were just as awesome! Vino walked me through the trade in process and made me feel totally confident, while Theresa was chatting with both of us and keeping the energy fun and welcoming even while helping another customer. The vibes in this store are unmatched: chill, professional, and genuinely friendly. If you need anything Verizon related, I can’t recommend this location enough. Ask for Rachel, Vino, or Theresa! All three were incredible and absolutely deserve recognition and a raise!!
