Rude, not helpful because I didn't know their new policy was to show a valid license to access my account. I had forgotten my license at home but had my ccw license w my address and picture of me and nope. I called the store when I left and talked to the manager on duty. He was rude and brushed me off. Been a customer for 21 years and have 4 phones w them. It is not the Verizon it used to be years ago that's for sure.

I was a previous Verizon customer never had issues. I changed carriers for a few years with no issues, now I’m back at Verizon again and this is the worst service ever! It’s absolutely horrendous. My calls get dropped. I have no data service. I’ve been on the phone with Verizon for at least eight hours troubleshooting with no results they won’t come out and say their service sucks. It sucks. It sucks. It sucks. I am switching back to previous carrier.

The Website and online hours shows open until 8PM. I work until 7Pm and had to rush to get there. The representative working the evening shift saw me pull in at 7:30 locked the door and just keep shaking his head when I tried to open the door. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and the poor service lately is going to make me switch to another company. Do not under any circumstance use this location it’s the worst one and there are others in town who have good representatives.

I visited the Verizon corporate location in Mentor, Ohio, after porting my numbers to T-Mobile. Despite having completed the port and disabling number locks, the staff insisted the devices weren’t locked, even though the phones clearly showed a carrier lock. The representatives were unhelpful, dismissive, and used irrelevant metaphors rather than addressing the real issue. It took a call to Verizon customer service, from a T-Mobile store, to finally get the devices unlocked. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location if they are seeking genuine customer service and technical support.
