I had forgotten my license at home but had my ccw license w my address and picture of me and nope. I called the store when I left and talked to the manager on duty. He was rude and brushed me off. Been a customer for 21 years and have 4 phones w them. It is not the Verizon it used to be years ago that's for sure.
