I waited but no one came to assist. Luckily I finally found someone to help and he was great but in total it took around 25 minutes to get the help I needed to make my purchase.

They sent a TV installer to our home last Wednesday to do a Windows 11 install on our new HP Computer. He Is NOT a PC Expert. He installs TVs mostly. Brusque demeanor is being kind. After he left we've had all sorts of issues with our printer, photos, keyboard - you name it. We asked for a re-do and they scheduled us WITH THE SAME TECH that screwed everything up! We complained at the Store and on the 1-800 number but NOTHING has changed. They charged us $200 to come to our house and screw up our systems. We will be looking for a refund and will be hiring local PC talent to clean this up. Don't waste your time or money on the Mentor based Geek Squad. Did I mention HORRIBLE?!
