    Went in a bit after they opened. Looking for a desktop computer and a new tv. My computer died and I want a TV for the Super Bowl. In there for twenty minutes and two employees stared at me but did not offer help. Ended up leaving without being helped and without buying anything because I couldn’t get helped. Disappoints me.

    First off 5 stars for the helpful employees here. They are great. However, I went here for a displayport cable, and they only had one open box one, in one length. Then I wanted to look at smart bulbs. Lowe's and WalMart had wayyy more options. Inventory in general seemed to be an issue. The checkout area is embarrassing. They have old checkout kiosks with no computers, it's all banged up. Why not remove it? Half the time I've been forced to checkout where returns are. If management took some pride in this store it'd be such a better experience.

    We bought a $400 microwave. Paid $140 for installation and $40 delivery fee. We were asked by the delivery team if we already had an ad house and I said no I paid to have it delivered an installed. Asthma , as I was about it , they did take care of it , it's coming two days later , they took off forty dollar delivery fee and forty dollars off the installation fee. But I just have to say that the sales person, Derrick Locke was the best retail/company employee that i remember EVER having!!! Not only was he extremely polite, answered all our questions, put up with me marching back to the store for the install/delivery mess, but he handled EVERYTHING without skipping a beat or changing his attitude!!! He was completely FANTASTIC!! I wish I could clean him for every store everywhere!!!!! Thank u so much Derrick!!
