    There is no formal queue line and the workers do not know how to do anything. They had to keep going to the back to ask someone a bunch of questions but the mystery person they kept talking to never came onto the floor to help. Very disappointing.

    Terrible experience at this Verizon store. Lied to by the sales staff. Talked me into a higher priced phone than I originally wanted and they assured me they could give me a "deal" and promised me the higher priced phone for the same price as the one I initially wanted. Then they tried to scam me into a different plan which would've cut some of my services and increased my bill. When I get home and look at the receipt, I noticed they charged me full price for the phone and didn't even give me the promised discount. Don't waste your time going to this store. They will make you wait a very long time (took 2 hours to talk to someone), and then try to scam you once they finally do speak to you.

    They are very nice and helpful, until you switch or open an account with them than absolutely no assistance. Bill is over $70 more a month than quoted by 3 separate Verizon employees. The manager, Jedin Brown sounds nice and professional only at first. Bill has been wrong past 2 months. Once first month was generated he said he can't make any adjustments. After paid he said he can't adjust until the 2nd bill is generated. Now he is saying he can't adjust since it is already generated. He is no longer responding on how to get my bill corrected. I left AT&T due to their prices and customer service. Jedin and his team at Verizon are absolutely a lot worse. Would not recommend to anyone.

    I went to company store to transfer my family’s lines and phones from a different carrier. After an initial discussion, the salesperson told us we could get better deals if we applied for new devices ourselves through the company website. They assisted us by collecting and entering all of our personal and financial information, including sensitive data and my debit card details. I was confident I would be approved, as I have excellent credit and a long history of paying my bills on time. However, to my shock, after placing the order, I was informed that I had been denied due to an inability to validate my information via email. I was in shock and disbelief. I tried contacting the store to see if they could help, but nothing changed. To make matters worse, about two weeks later, my debit card was hit with two unauthorized charges totaling thousands of dollars. I’m still dealing with the stress and financial impact of this situation. I’m sharing my experience in hopes of helping others stay safe and cautious.

    Placed an order today over the Phone( was on for over 1 hour with rep) was told I’d get an email from store in @ 2hrs for pick up. hung up at 12:36. At 1:12 received an email saying order was cancelled for non pick up… yes, 36 minutes later. I now have wasted 2 hrs of my time because Verizon had to start all over. Still no confirmation of being able to pick up somewhere. Mayfield Hts store will not pick up phone.
