Got quoted a range of $375-$500 to fix it so I spent the $90 deposit to send it in to get fixed being ok even with the high end of the estimate. The real assessment after a week of waiting was $854 with possible surcharges.... At that point I would have rather been recommended a new laptop.

CROOKS! For $700 I could buy a new tv, that’s probably the idea 😡

Actually hung up on us when we asked why no manual came with our new dryer. Honestly, this rating is for the delivery guys too. Insisted the door was on the correct side, even though we can't open it without hitting the washer. And didn't leave us any paperwork or a manual to fix it. This pretty much ruins best buy for me.
