The manager that I dealt with was unprofessional in my opinion and didn’t care about customer service. He was difficult to work with, and just wanted to flex his muscle, because he could. I spent a lot of money here, and I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated or how my issue was handled. I bought an item, the item didn’t work not too long after I purchased it. It was under warranty and I purchased GeekSquad protection but they couldn’t repair it so they gave me a gift card. No problem until I went to purchase the exact same item that was now more money. The representative asked the manager if they would price match given the situation, but he refused. It just didn’t sit right with me, so I called customer care because I didn’t want a gift card, I either wanted the computer I purchased at the price I purchased it for, or a refund to my original payment method, since this issue was really no one’s fault. Customer care said to go back to the store which I did and got the same result, except this time I spoke directly to the manager myself. I felt he was rude and didn’t really care about my concern, so I called customer care again and got the refund in minutes which the store manager could’ve and even should’ve done, except he didn’t care about me as a customer just himself and the inconvenience it would be to him. Everyone understood what I meant and why I was concerned except for him! Even the original rep I dealt with stated she didn’t understand why he wouldn’t price match for me. Where has customer service gone?

Terrible experience at this store. Came for an "open box - good" tv. Screen has a 3/4" gash in it, no stand, no power cord. That's basically savage, not discount. Warehouse guy knew all of this - BB was not surprised, they were intentionally deceptive.
Manager was nice but offered nothing as compensation for wasting my time. Never again

Stopped in Mayfield location to asked about a specific washer. A young man tried to assist me but unable and he asked George in appliances if he could answer my question. George wasn't interested at all in helping me, he wouldn't even give me eye contact while I was speaking to him, other customers walked up looking at top grade ovens, so since they're purchase would've been greater than mine, George completely rudely started speaking with them. I got up told original team member thank you but George is rude and unprofessional and I'll take my money and business somewhere. I ended up buying better washer at Home Depot, never again will I go Best Buy
