Unbeknownst to my online purchase for a pair of Airpods Generation 4 that 2 forms of PICTURE identification is required to trade in and receive the discount. My best friend drove 30 minutes to pick up the order and was not aware of this policy becaise it is NOT anywhere on the BEST BUY website informing customers of such "PAWN" policy. We went to the store in person to buy the Airpods WITHOUT the "PAWN" exchange because neither of us had two forms of photo i.d. We asked the store manager to suggest to the higher ups at BEST BUY to put thar on the website that certain stores may require two forms of photo i.d.to prevent confusion to which she replied, "I can make the suggestion, but it really don't matter because BEST BUY doesn't care. They don't wanna hear that kind of complaint." I was like.......🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Let me post this and see just how much the HIGHER UPS AT BEST BUY don't care. Even if that's true, I would have never said that in the spirit of customer service. And yes, I am a Best Buy member.
