  I had a very good experience today at the Mayfield store. Bryant who took care of me was patient and cool and helped the old guy (me ) . I feel good knowing I can go back if I need help in the future.

  This is a great location ! Fairly new and in a great spot . Ehab took care of me and made switching over a breeze . He took his time and made sure everything I asked for was correct ! This is my new favorite cricket !

  I regret ordering a plan. My friends got me a Motorola Droid locked to the cricket network. I decided to give it a try bcuz this was a gift phone and why not support a smaller-ish company. Well They never delivered data. SOMEHOW THERE WAS ENOUGH connection to process my CC #, thru the texted link you get. It's been over 2wks. Store Denied my 30$ refund because they don't refund for service. Why, just to be total dicks? You'd think not receiving service THIS long would have a protocol for a fair resolution but they haven't emailed me or anything. I just feel completely abandoned and disregarded! Cricket said itd take 2 days to get my # switched which never happen. I will not bounce back And forth from the stores to calling hotline indefinitely. Customer svc guys said there was a problem With the phone that the team was working on.. He asked for a number to follow up but i didn't feel comfortable giving out my family #. In store I found out my 30$ is just sitting there not being drawn down cuz they know i havent gotten the data. If its was something physical with sim or phone i might need an exchange and seeong their "no refunds n phones after 7 days" policy on here really bugs me out. The battery life is good tho.
