Noah met me exactly where I was and guided me through it with patience, clarity, and an uncommon level of candor. He didn’t hide behind jargon or vague explanations—he pulled back the curtain, explaining why certain costs exist, why some things feel higher or unfair, and gave me the respect of understanding what I was paying for. That kind of transparency is rare, and it matters. I can’t say this strongly enough: this Verizon store is top-notch. If every experience were handled the way Noah handled mine, Verizon would have a very different reputation.
