Very helpful and after selecting a new phone proceeded to flawlessly transfer the data from the old IPhone to the new one. Took less than a hour from the time we walked in the door. Well done! Personal integrity, expert knowledge, professional attitudes and appearance, unwavering willingness to help, not to mention good old fashioned respect for the customer. I'm an 80 year old, single, handicapped woman (who only wanted a new low-cost flip phone, instead of a pricey smart phone). Thus, I was nervous as to how I would be treated. But there was no need for me to be nervous; I was treated by all three of them as though I were buying the most expensive of models! Furthermore, super extra kudos to Andrew for his superior knowledge, patience, and kindness when the model I chose turned out to not be right for me, and I had to start all over with another. Andrew, Kevin, and Brandon present the best faces of Verizon that the company could ever wish for. Thank you all, for making it so easy for me.
