I have left verizon after decades of loyalty and nothing but arrogance and a middle finger attitude from verizon for that loyalty. Hey! Verizon ! Sucks to be you ,now.

You go to a physical location to fix problems that aren't able to be fixed over the phone and all they can say is I don't know how to fix it but it may be this and send you on your way. They didn't contact anybody or investigate anything, they just looked at it and said I don't know how to fix your network problem. If you can't do your job then you don't need to be in business!
