Im handicapped was only one in store. After an hour not being able to get the time of day and listening to the store manager chatting with a regional verizon manager who came in after me,for another half hour it was the final straw. I left. Ive been a verizon customer since BEFORE verizon existed. I was an Airtouch customer. I have left verizon after decades of loyalty and nothing but arrogance and a middle finger attitude from verizon for that loyalty. Hey! Verizon ! Sucks to be you ,now.

Not a single person in this store has any idea what's going on. All I needed done was an esim setup so I could run two numbers on one device. You go to a physical location to fix problems that aren't able to be fixed over the phone and all they can say is I don't know how to fix it but it may be this and send you on your way. They didn't contact anybody or investigate anything, they just looked at it and said I don't know how to fix your network problem. If you can't do your job then you don't need to be in business!

I was having a Bluetooth issue with my phone. They told me to go to Best Buy on Polaris cause they don’t mess with phones they only sell them. That’s an hour away. Thanks Verizon for the excellent customer service.
