Son went in to upgrade his phone and worked with Michael on this. During this time Michael noticed things that were higher on my bill than it needs to be. So, he went through all the promotions and perks to help lower my bill. I went in a few days later to upgrade my phone. He had a great attitude the entire time. Great customer service!!!
