    I ordered a car starter online. Even though Blake wasn’t able to get it installed on an old Caddy he recommended where I could go and was very apologetic. Great service from Blake, that young man deserves a raise.

    Walked around for 20 minutes, nobody asked if I needed help finding anything. Then spent 15 minutes looking at TV, was going to buy, walked to customer service counter, One employee walked away, went back to TV section looked for 5 more minutes, then watched to checkout with my mouse pad. The person at check out did not even ask if I found everything I was looking for, then didn't even bag my item just handed me a receipt. Wow customer service lacking today!

    Wouldn’t allow us to price match an item we found at Sam’s club. It was the ninja possible pro cooker. This is after we were told over the phone they would price match. The manager and cashier were rude. The discrepancy was the color. I even said it’s the SAME item, literally does the SAME thing. The cashier replied well this is what it is. Well actually what it is, is I called into customer service and asked. The woman on the phone looked up the item and agreed we should have been allowed to price match. I feel the manager was just pushing his power around. We had other items we had planned to purchase as well, including a JBL speaker. I no longer wanted to spend my money there. But thank you so much Best Buy customer service for helping us! It was truly appreciated.

    I am highly irritated with the experience I had today. I called the local Mansfield Best Buy number expecting to speak with someone at the store. Instead, I was sent through an automated system that said it was “looking up my account number” — even though I never provided one. After several moments, it asked for an item number. If I had the item number, I wouldn’t have been calling in the first place. They were also pushing me to go to the website. They wonder why brick-and-mortar stores are disappearing, yet when you call, you get pushed to a website and cannot speak to someone at the local store. If I cannot call and receive local support, then I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    A relative of mine went into the store on walker lake rd asked the associate for the Foot placement on two of the TVs that he was interested in buying the associate told him he could not look that up for him that he would have to go home and do the research on his own where is customer service I tried to call up there right away to speak with the store manager. Customer representative from the web told me that due to the high volume of calls I would not be able to contact the store but she could help me with my product question or ordering the product so no wonder these young ones who are getting hired in can talk to customers and treat them the way they do if they do not have to be held accountable for what they are doing or what they are not doing!!! Still getting a pay check at the end of the week!!!!
