  Although, this isn’t really the Macedonia location’s fault… But I have nowhere else to leave this review and they are the closest location to me. I scheduled a TV mounting service which I paid $192 for, I have screenshots of the scheduled date as well as email confirmations for that date. I took off work unpaid that day, and also paid to put my dog in doggy daycare so there would be no issues with installation. The morning of the appointment rolls around and nobody shows up, I called customer service and was told there was a glitch in the system. They rescheduled for one week later because no one is available until then. Fast-forward a week I called the day before my appointment this time to confirm that somebody is actually coming so this doesn’t happen again. I receive an email with the confirmed date once again, I check my email the day of the appointments and still no scheduled time window. So I called them, and ask when they are coming and I’m told that the company contracted to do the work canceled after I called and confirmed it yesterday and I was never notified.. And yet again here I am a second day of unpaid leave from work and my only option is to reschedule a third time. To add insult to injury I was offered a $10 gift card as compensation to Best Buy. I would highly urge that you do not use the geek squad or Best Buy’s in-home services. I strongly recommend you find anybody in the world other than their Corporate outsourced labor and customer service.

  I went to Best Buy and bought 2 security cameras April 21st, 2025 Steven from the Greek Squad came out a few days later with his associate Kevin and installed both camera, I also had to buy 2 Solar Panel from him after he arrived. Thank God he had some with him. Steven is an phenomenal person, he's very professional and gifted. Someone would say that you are just saying that because he did a great job. You might also say well that's his job. And I would say yes it is his job, however, Steven went way up and above his call of duties He does deserve recognition don't you think and even a pay raise or a thank you. Best Buy it's people like me and everyone I send too you is making money for you and for the Geek Squad. Remember when you started small. This is just coming from my heart. Everyone who has a job will not go way beyond but just the minimum of what they can get away with. Best Buy a thank you would be nice to say to Steven. God Bless You Steven and Thank you so much for all that you do. Everyone who shops at Best Buy and uses installation asked for Steven

  Had to travel to Grand Juction for a family funeral. Hotel was very accomodating.
