I don’t know why I keep giving Best Buy a chance I purchased GTA SHARK cards and then the man that was at the register seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing so the cards never activated I have to go all the way back to the store to activate the cards. This is such an inconvenience. THIS IS SO EMBARRASSING BECAUSE THESE WERE A GIFT!! Imagine that!!!

The associate comes out asks me my name and put the phones in passenger side of my car. He did not ask for my license and did not hand me the two phones. Clearly he was annoyed with something. It seemed like i was bothering him buy picking up something. I thank you and he just walked away. Ill try another location the next time.
