  My mother went in to get a new phone and Stephanie checked her out. She was not helpful with assisting her to figure out what phone would be best for her, was on the phone for a personal call while my mom was waiting for help, was incredibly rude and when my mom asked what the cost of a phone case was Stephanie said “if I knew the prices of those my mind would explode.” Did not assist her with transferring data from old phone to new. Sold my mother a handful of accessories including a fast wall charger that doesn’t work, but when she came back 2 days later to return it they claim they don’t return accessories. The bottom of the receipt says the accessories that are ineligible for return are used screen protectors, Liquid Glass, screen cleaner that has been opened, used or installed and other accessories must be returned within 7 days. The 2nd person my mom spoke to in regards to the return was rude to my mother as well. We will be taking our phone service to another carrier due to poor customer service. Oh, and I called today to speak with a supervisor or manager and the number associated with this Google listing must be wrong or there’s children answering the phone. Sounded like I was speaking to a 6 year old who was no help that just kept saying “what” and “yes” when I asked if this was Cricket Wireless. Very unimpressive.

  The lady was rude as hell no rude with directions to the she said quote next to the number is the address.and mind you I had a stroke just asking questions

  As a previous customer who’s locked out of my phone for 2 weeks now, I walked into Cricket Wireless as a Hail Mary. Although ultimately my issue was not resolved, it was definitely the most positive experience I’ve ever had with Cricket Wireless. Please forgive me as cannot remember the woman’s name, but I’m hopeful you can look at the time stamps and give her the credit she deserves! I was there today 12/30/25 around 1pm. That sweet lady went so far above and beyond the scope of responsibility for me. She was patient, calm, friendly, personable and professional throughout the duration. She made several phone calls on my behalf, and she REALLY tried to get this issue resolved. Best of all, she never looked at me like I was crazy when I sat there crying to her, with my 3 children under foot. She is an amazing person, and this company is very lucky to have her. If she were to benefit from my renewing services, I would do it in a heartbeat. She deserves all the flowers and recognition, today. Thank you, ma’am, for your kindness. I hope you have a great New Year!

  Stephanie was great servicing my brother and finding him find the right plan for his phone. Anything we asked, she answered. Very clean, organized location. Customer service was exceptional and professional. Much appreciated keep up the work!
