  Horrible service! The girl Ana was waiting on multiple people at once,which isn't a problem if she was paying attention to what she was doing but instead she was on a personal call twice while waiting on me and also texting! I was thinking what Horrible customer service! I did not know what part of the process she was even on when working on my account. Even at one point when she was texting I said something to her about my other service and she did not respond til a minute later saying o what did you say I got some many things going on whoever texted her she said gave her a list of things to do and her mind is everywhere! O OK it was everywhere so much that she lied and said she asked me if I wanted to keep my number which she did not! At one point she asked if I wanted to transfer my phone and I said yes the apps and number but she did not pay attention to that! At end she said o your new numbers on receipt I said I didn't want a new number which I told her I wanted to transfer apps and number earlier. Then she tells me she asked me earlier which I know she did not! Then wants to tell me o we have a camera I said OK yeah pull it up so we can see that you did not ask me and was distracted whole time on her personal phone! So she FaceTime her boss and lies and says she asked me several times which her boss believed every lie she said and when I said I want my mo ey back says we can only give you the tax back! I needed my number for work so huge inconvenience! The should not have a person working there that doesn't pay attention and the boss is Horrible too the worse experience at a phone store ever!! They always pay attention at every other store I been too!

  Boss Lady was great in upgrading me to a new phone. Even tweaked my monthly plan to benefit me. Awesome
