1 star is too high for these scam artists. They doubled my bill for months. I signed up for 70$ a month yet they charge me literally double. I called the Verizon number, struggled with their ai system, and was told by a service member over the phone that I have been charged for the cloud service when I did not want that service, they must be intentionally adding charges to people's accounts or they are simply incompetent. Tho i dont think its incompetence, i think it is intentional. So back to the beginning. My first bill was double what it should be, when I called and got it squared away, it was pushed down to the proper 70. Then it doubled again the third month. It stayed like that for 3 months. Idk if ai has been running the show over there, but it seems like it. The key is that I wasn't being changed for the cloud service for my second month of service. My charge would have been 80. I didnt sign up for it, they signed me up for it without my consent. They gave me 80$ credit to compensate but its just not okay to manipulate your customers like this. Taking a lot of my money then taking less of it next time just doesnt sit right with me. You all should be ashamed of your incompetence to train your people. Why would you allow customers to feel like they've been taken advantage of or lied to. Because thats what you've done. And I know for a fact that I am not the only one. I live around here, not a lot of people are happy with this specific Verizon store nor their service. Sure, the phones work fine, its everything else that is the problem.
