Dr. Whalin and Samantha were both incredibly gentle with our dog, Bobo, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The staff at VCA Animal Hospital made the whole visit comfortable and stress free. I also really appreciated that they didn’t pressure us into unnecessary tests or services. We even left with a bag of goodies and a wagging tail! On top of that, the first exam/consultation was completely free! If you’re looking for a caring veterinarian or animal hospital, I highly recommend VCA Animal Hospital.

- AOAudrey OwensFeb 5, 20263.0Dr. Barrett and the staff have been WONDERFUL. I’m leaving this review as feedback to the owners of the clinic. Unfortunately they make getting prescriptions filled incredibly difficult because they don’t approve requests from Chewy and other online pet services electronically. Instead, you have to pick up a paper script and MAIL it in. Your only other option is to get scripts filled through their home delivery service, which even the staff will tell you, is more expensive. After dealing with the hassle of the paper script the first time around, I decided to go with the home delivery service for convenience. The office set me up on a subscription, but now one month in, the subscription didn’t get my meds here on time. Now I have to pay an extra $19.95 to expedite shipping. I understand that accepting online orders from vet pharmacies takes time out of your day, but by not doing it, it’s an incredible disservice to your customers because it makes it harder and more expensive to care for our furry family members.
