He wasn't able to resolve my issue but did give me the correct contact number to speak with someone higher up at verizon. I want to thank mark and give him 10 stars as he was the only person who really cared to connect me with the right person. I called the number he gave me and after 20 minutes I was all taken care of. Great job, Mark! If ever I need anything I will definitely go to the lancaster store where people truly care! Thanks again Mark, youve made my ❤️

I had to go to several Verizon stores to get a new box, but the employees at each store (Canal Winchester, Lancaster, Reynoldsburg) were very courteous and helpful. And I wasn't charged for a new box! I've been a Verizon customer for 12 years. I am 56 years old and could switch to 'Consumer Cellular' to save money, but good customer service is more important to me than saving a few bucks. Verizon has excellent customer service! Thanks, Verizon!
