I had to go to several Verizon stores to get a new box, but the employees at each store (Canal Winchester, Lancaster, Reynoldsburg) were very courteous and helpful. And I wasn't charged for a new box! I've been a Verizon customer for 12 years. I am 56 years old and could switch to 'Consumer Cellular' to save money, but good customer service is more important to me than saving a few bucks. Verizon has excellent customer service! Thanks, Verizon!
