Two separate occasions I cache been sent to this Best Buy, by AppleCare to have a problem fixed, this is more than an hour drive from my house. Both occasions the store has been unable to fix or handle the problem. Both occasions Apple has assured me this is a certified center. And both times I’ve had to go elsewhere after spending a day out of my way coming to this useless place. If you are recommended to go here, just don’t. Don’t waste your time. Whatever problem you are having they can’t fix it. Don’t have the parts. Or aren’t authorized to do it. Either way just don’t.

We are a member and this was for a refrigerator that definitely can't wait for 2 weeks to be fixed. Our yearly membership is coming up but now I have second thoughts
