The extra star is for the workers at Best Buy who seemed to me all honest, decent, capable people. The corporation is an entirely other matter. This company sold me a computer that didn't work and it took a good deal of time and effort for this to be remedied because the in-store and online staff do not have the power to make the most fundamental decisions to correct mistakes. Then, in gratitude to the staff member who finally remedied that issue, I stupidly bought a service plan that, in the end, provided no service at all. Instead, it wasted much more of my time and resources. After all this, Best Buy corporation only refunded me a tiny portion of the cost. Lesson learned. Beware.

When you call Best Buy you can not talk to anyone to se if a product available at the store. AI sucks. Please get customer service back… so now I’m probably going to waste 2 hours out of my day to find out they don’t have what I need in the store… call 4 times. Can’t get a real person on the phone.
