This company sold me a computer that didn't work and it took a good deal of time and effort for this to be remedied because the in-store and online staff do not have the power to make the most fundamental decisions to correct mistakes. Then, in gratitude to the staff member who finally remedied that issue, I stupidly bought a service plan that, in the end, provided no service at all. Instead, it wasted much more of my time and resources. After all this, Best Buy corporation only refunded me a tiny portion of the cost. Lesson learned. Beware.
