Sent her home just to bring her back the next day for the same issues. Turns out she DID have a bowel obstruction because they thought it might be a good idea to do imaging the second day of symptoms. My dog was immediately taken for an emergency surgery in Akron. Terrible communication, delay of care, and just poor all around veterinary care

Dr. Koenig was so kind, encouraging and sympathetic to us as we parted ways with our faithful companion of 18 years. Not too early, not too late, but at just the right time. We were naturally distraught, but are now feeling so grateful that we were able to spare our dear pet the worst of what was to come. Thank you so much, Dr. Koenig!
