Known him awhile and would recommend checking him and this Kettering team out!
- KKKateDec 27, 20251.0Called this location needing assistance with setting up a new phone after my last one failed due to a manufacturer defect. I was told I can come in and didn’t need an appointment. Once I arrived, the gentleman I spoke with on the phone, Dennell, said he forgot to tell me they have a service fee of $49 to help me activate my new phone or I can call customer support for free, which he knew I was having extreme difficulty with already. Charging a 17-year-long customer for the most basic customer service assistance is absolutely WILD. I let him know that a previous Verizon agent switched me from a physical SIM to a virtual SIM and that there was no way I can set up my phone by myself and I had concerns about transferring my files since the virtual agent had me erase my previous phone from the iCloud before backing it up. He could not have cared less and I left. My phone still isn’t right and I will be switching carriers, not that anyone at this location cares. (edit to add that Dennell posts google reviews to this and other Verizon stores posing as a customer and I find that super shady!)
