- RWRebecca WellerOct 25, 20251.0Don’t go here. They charge $60 to set up a new phone and did not tell me that. Ridiculous. They didn’t even set them up. My son set up his new phone and my husband‘s. Most of my stuff didn’t transfer over despite being there forever as it was supposedly transferring. Also, they signed me up for all kinds of unnecessary things that I didn’t ask for such as Google AI pro and total protection coverage on each phone. They set up a supposed ghost line so that I would get a free new phone, but then I was being charged for the line. They told me that that would not happen. It took me hours on the phone with Verizon to get it all figured out and much stress.
