He told me I wouldn’t have to pay for a phone and credits would cover the bill as I was trading in a device. I have had to call EVERY SINGLE MONTH for 2-3 hours each time. he messed up so bad NO one has been able to fix it. I want to leave Verizon but don’t have anything to trade in anymore and would wind up loosing so much money. I am so annoyed and done with the entire Verizon support system. When talking with the support people online they said its all due to how the account was set up. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I also went in to seek assistance from the store at first and he told me he can’t help and I had to call. Like you are the one who messed up.
