I recently came to this store multiple times having issues getting my phone fully ported over from T-Mobile it was quite a complex issue that was hard to get figured out first day didn’t go great with customer service but came back in and was helped by Mark, Sarah, and Mitch and they all were absolutely amazing they made sure everything was working and also helped my fiancé get a phone and switch over as well! I would ask for Mark if needing great customer service :)

What is the point of this location? When they can't do anything to help you with anything it's all online or going somewhere else. There's no point to this store even being here

Never go here, They lied to me about prices, showed me one number then asked me to sign while I got charged something completely different. When I went there to try to get it fixed they kept telling me too bad, they took back my phones and wouldn't give me my receipt. Later they tried to say I still had to pay for the phones which I no longer had and it's only when I said I was going to call the cops did they say I no longer had to pay it and they gave me my receipt for returning the phones. Oh and then they sent it to collections anyways, but luckily I still had the receipt saying I returned it so I didn't have to pay.

The manager Jessica was the absolute best! She really knew her stuff and helped us through everything ‘til the very end! She really went above and beyond to help us activate a new iphone. Brayden also helped us out and was wonderful as well.

Excellent experience at this company store, purchasing home 5g internet, in contrast to my recent experience at an authorized retailer. The retail specialist "Mark" at the company store was extremely knowledgeable (he actually had an educational background in networks/telecom). He would talk through the options to confirm you were getting the best system for your needs, and was not "pushy", trying to steer you to an unnecessary upsell. In contrast, I recently picked up a home 5g internet (ordered online, picked up in an authorized retailer in Troy), which was a nightmare when I tried to get the device ("gateway") activated. I could not get the gateway activated, as Verizon support told me, after an hour on the phone, that the retailer's point of sale system failed to notify Verizon that I actually picked up the device, thus their provisioning process could not proceed. I returned the first gateway to the company store, and the second gateway picked up from the company store is working. I should have trusted my initial instincts, and only deal with the Verizon company location.
