Lkterally was on hold for 30 minutes and the guy just kept saying your still in que. Que for what i need to talk to the store forna simple yes or no from the store. If they dont have what i need im not going. No help what so ever complete waste of time going to T-mobile across the street they answer their phone.

Nathaniel immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it very quickly. He took time to explain what happened to my phone and what he did to restore the alarm function. Nathaniel was very knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and kind. Great experience at this location!
