Lkterally was on hold for 30 minutes and the guy just kept saying your still in que. Que for what i need to talk to the store forna simple yes or no from the store. If they dont have what i need im not going. No help what so ever complete waste of time going to T-mobile across the street they answer their phone.

But let me tell you Garren made the drive completely worth it! From the moment I walked through the door he was friendly, attentive, and helpful. I don’t think anyone else at any other store could have helped us better than he did. Even the next day when I had some issues come up he was quick to respond and quick to get it taken care of. I am new to Verizon as of now but he will forever be my go to guy for anything and everything!
