  Purchased a $2000 tv. Didnt want the 200 PER year warranty. Tv was broken and smashed at the bottom, out of the box.. Because i loaded tv flat in car, they wont return tv 30 min after purchase, even with a case number from corporate. HAD TO THROW BRAND NEW SAMSUNG 77INCH TV IN DUMPSTER! (Not a joke). THE TV WAS SPARKING, WOULD NEVER TRUST IT. Dont shop here for any electronics that is expensive. Austin (manager) sold me a broken tv then wouldnt return or exchange it. BECAREFUL PEOPLE!!!!!!!

  I was calling to see if you had something in stock why are you using al? I couldn't get through after 5 minutes. I took my business and money somewhere else . Please just let the phone ring , you have employees.

  Steven and dani are two awesome individuals they both worked together and tried many diffrent methods to solve my issue with an online order they were so helpful honestly its a breath of freash air to see ppl that are actually willing to do more then the bare minimum and go above and beyond

  The customer service was impressive. The employees went out of their way to get me what I needed.
