After it failed the sales person asked someone else to go back and find another phone. That person ignored him after asking multiple times. My sales person then went to the back himself. After another 10-15 minutes of sitting and waiting alone without any update I decided to leave and order online another day. I ordered for locker pickup here hours before closing. Here it is at the end of the day and it's still not ready.. No update and I've already paid + signed all the upgrade documents. What a pain to try and do anything here. Go to another location.
