They understand that we do what we can for our pets but their are financial limits. The vets and staff are always nice and so caring to our cats. They provide reasonable care plans and can get pets in almost always same day.

She is 14 1/2 now and requires more frequent visits and care than she did when she was just a few years younger. Dr. Jensen and the rest of the staff have been with us every step of the way. From the front desk, to the vet techs and Dr. Pruchnicki stepping in and doing CC’s ultrasounds. They have been extraordinarily compassionate and continue to go above and beyond to make sure that us and CC are comfortable. Dr. Jensen always gives a solid care plan without doing anything unnecessary and is thorough in her explanation of what we can expect. She has been so patient with the millions of questions we ask her and always takes her time with us. CC just had her gallbladder taken out yesterday and we knew she was in the best hands possible. Our fur babies are our whole world and it is so reassuring to have a team who we can trust to do the right thing. We will never take our pets anywhere else.

- EGElske GordonSep 22, 20251.0Just like any other business whose corporate bosses are more interested in a shareholder's bottom line, VCA Animal Hospital is interested how much they can pad the bill and if you are real lucky your animal may benefit. My animal did not. My poor cat is worse off than he was and I'm out $700.00. They would be more than happy to charge mare but are not interested in making him better, just earning more for the shareholder. My disgust with this establishment is complete while my poor cat continues to suffer.
