    Better train your employees the only one that has any idea what they’re doing and has any customer relations ability is Markus. Other than that INCLUDING the “manager” is absolutely clueless. To be blamed for setting imessage up wrong on a phone they set up and I bought that same day. Then to be told I need to buy more storage to possibly fix the problem after spending well over $800 is absolutely astounding. Then when a customer gets upset over this after going into the store four times the employee gets defensive and red in the face and extremely rude. Do better. I will not return to this location and will be leaving Verizon soon. You can thank your unprofessional and clueless employees. Also shocker I factory reset the phone and magically the problem still isn’t fixed (imagine that). The only person there that was helpful was Markus. If you have any common sense left have him help train your employees. This store has always had nothing but issues and if that’s the case that’s a management problem.

    This is by far the worst Verizon store I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been to many all over Ohio and Florida. You’re not greeted upon walking in. When it’s finally your turn to talk to someone they will motion you to them, not greet you, and are very rude and unprofessional. And definitely run away if the person waiting on you is named Dustin. He’s a full of himself condescending jerk.

    I worked with Sean at the Heath Ohio store. On Dec 26th we paid off my mom’s phone and left 1 other family member on the account. The auto payment that was deducted yesterday was higher than I expected. I explained that to Sean, he provided detail as to why the payment was what it was. I also wanted to stop auto pay and he went above and beyond to get it shut off. I’m not going to go to anymore details but what I can say is that Sean exceeded my expectations in the way he approached my issues, and the length he went to resolve them all. This was probably the most outstanding customer service experience I have ever had. Thanks again Sean - I really appreciate your assistance.
