For a yearly reasonable membership fee, you have the ability to make an appointment with the knowledgeable Geek Squad Team, for a day/time that fits your schedule. The Heath Ohio Best Buy location has a phenomenal Geek Squad Team, and A.J. has been an excellent representative of that team. Over the past two years we've needed to utilize the Team's services. A.J.'s professionalism, wide-range expertise and polished attention to detail, was reassuring customer service. This stellar work ethic is what gives my husband and I the confidence in knowing we can continue to trust our sensitive equipment with this Team. We highly recommend this Best Buy location!
