  Kyle was so welcoming and helpful. He calmed my anxiety over my old phone crashing and set up the new phone so efficiently. The most negative thing was sitting on those horrible wooden chairs for the length of time it took to do the set up.

  My husband & i went into the store to get his cell number transferred from his work phone to his new phone. Dylan was awesome. He was so helpful & patient with us and helped us get it all completed.

  I went to this address at 600 Ring Rd in Harrison Ohio, because the 6302 Harrison ave STE D representative couldn't help me, Jared said they have no way of seeing how much data I was using and the waited on another customer. When I spoke to Kyle in the Harrison location, within 2 minutes showed me everything I need to see and then advised what I could do for getting a new phone, I came back 3 days later, Dillon assisted me and then Carter proceeded to set me up with a new phone and explained what I needed to do to get my credit for a trade in. I came back a few days later and Kyle, assisted with getting personal information off my old phone so I could trade it in and have no worries about a data breach, they were all awesome to work with, I would highly recommend this store, I want to thank all the employees who assisted me.

  Great service and patience with 3 of us getting new phones. One was an iPhone upgrade and 2 were going from pixel phones to iPhones.
