I worked with Joe, he took off what the other store did not. He than called Verizon customer service and found me more savings. And to top it off he helped me or should I say he just did it for me, deleted a bunch of useless stuff from my phone. No more stupid pop-ups. I am a true boomer. Thanks Joe for going the extra mile for me, I would highly recommend this Verizon store to anyone. Ask for Joe!
