Those stand up gentlemen straightened my bill right out and showed me things this corporate location threw on my bill, shame on Verizon for letting this happen. If something this grimy happens again I will leave Verizon all together. One of their franchised stores saved you buisness today Verizon listen up, because I was about to take advantage of the return policy and switch to T-Mobile.

He went above and beyond navigating the web of red tape presented as as “security measures”. He helped me address issues that he could have easily passed off to the third party insurance provider. Honestly, I haven’t experienced so much care in their service industry in a looooonnnngg time. This is not my closest Verizon by a long shot. I’ll go back here every time.
