A week ago, my husband set an appointment for today. Our time frame was 7 to 7, and was told a geek would call and give a better time frame. No show, no call, no apology, NOTHING! Oh and we just dropped a fortune there and “qualified “ for free geek squad, which was going to be $200 for the “free”geek squad service call. Here we sit with nothing! So tomorrow, all of Best Buy’s equipment we just purchased is going back to the store. Congratulations geek squad, you just lost about $10k for them!!! How pathetic. I’d like to give a negative 3 rating because that’s actually more accurate.
