Had to go back and have them fixed something they missed traveled 38 miles there and back twice with a Im sorry have a nice day, also had an appointment set called several days to make sure my appointment was set to find out that they didn't have the staff and no one called me to make me aware of this, Not happy with my whole ordeal with this company at all.

Love all the employees especially the Geek Squad. I am a senior and need a lot of help with my Cell phone. They are so patient, friendly, easy to understand and a big bonus, I am not embarrassed to ask them to repeat or explane it different. If you're a senior or beginner, take a note pad and take notes. Learn from me, they explain so well I think I'll remember that! NO, you wont remember! The membership is the best purchase I have made and will

I showed up 15 minutes before the store closed to check a tv in with geek squad for repair. The tech was with another customer and told me I would have to come back the next day because it would take him 20 minutes to check my tv in for repair after he finished with the other customer. Why does it take 20 minutes to check my tv in? It takes less time to check a car in at the mechanic. I’ll be going to a different location since I have to make a whole extra trip now.
